Dr. George Macrinici has been treating me for chronic peripheral lower limb pain, and with his experience and knowledge I had surgery involving the most advanced technology and medical device. My pain already is dramatically reduced and expect even more relief with time. This was after several other specialists, over three years, who could not offer effective and long lasting treatments. From my first appointment he had already reviewed my history and took time to not only evaluate my condition, but my quality of life and expectations. Dr. Macrinici implanted the Abbott Neuro Modulator in my back. My back pain was gone right after the implant. I was experiencing spasms on both sides of my spine in the lower back - this would happen every time I walked a short distance. I would have to lean against something or sit down for a while before I could begin to walk again. I previously had a triple laminectomy which gave me no relief. After the implant I didn’t even take a pain pill - there just was some discomfort from the surgical site - nothing major! I thank Dr Macrinici for suggesting this wonderful procedure / I feel like this was “Star Trek” medicine - unbelievable!

Dr Macrinici is very compassionate. Any areas that I needed injections he made sure I had an MRI first before he would go any further. He always was successful in relieving my pain.

Welcoming atmosphere, the receptionists are nice and willing to help. The office manager is present and ready to help you if needed. Dr Macrinici has that calming effect and he makes you feel comfortable being there. Very knowledgeable and answering your questions patiently. The procedure went good, giving me the chance to have a good night sleep for the first time in the past 3 years, without feeling the burning and the pain in my lower back and legs. Thank you all !!! I had an MRI last September 2023 then an ALIF (lumbar fusion) by a surgeon who was recommended and has great reviews. My surgery was on 2/6/24 and 3 days after I told my surgeon my pain was intense and different than before. It’s been 4 months, the pain is debilitating. I made an appointment to see Dr. Macrinici based on my PT attending a lecture from Doctor over the weekend. I was squeezed in. Doctors staff is exceptional! The first time I’ve felt welcomed, cared for and HEARD. The staff heard me so I knew Dr. Macrinici would too! When he came in he was reading my chart, MRI & CT I had done earlier this week. We came up with a treatment plan; higher dose muscle relaxer and nerve blocker. 3 times more than the surgeon gave me after surgery. It has been a few weeks since I have had any pain medication/nerve blocker. This appointment made me cry happy tears! 🥹 I se Dr. Macrinici again Friday for an SI injection. I am thrilled by this doctor and his team! I highly recommend!
