Dr. Jason McAloon is a fellowship-trained interventional pain medicine physician with specialized expertise in diagnosing and treating complex musculoskeletal, neurologic, and spine-related pain conditions. He completed a competitive fellowship in Pain Management at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, where he trained extensively in advanced, image-guided procedures and neuromodulation therapies.

Dr. McAloon previously served as Chief Resident during his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rush University Medical Center, one of the nation’s leading academic PM&R programs. He earned his medical degree from Midwestern University’s Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he cultivated a foundation in whole-person, function-focused care.

As an active researcher and published author, Dr. McAloon has contributed to national conferences and peer reviewed publications with Anesthesia & Analgesia Practice. He has presented on topics including peripheral nerve stimulation, cancer tumor ablation, and nutritional approaches to chronic inflammation and pain. His academic background supports a precise, evidence-based approach to patient care.
